Garrett has been learning to play the trumpet for a year now in the elementary program. He gets up for band class at 7:30am 2x a week. They meet at the high school and then bussed back to their separate elementary schools. As a second year student he is eligible to be chose for an District Honor Band Performance. We are proud of the musician he his. He did a wonderful job this night even though he was disappointed they had to drop the third piece (his favorite, it was Star Wars) they were preparing for time restraints
