From my front door

Every fall morning when I walk downstairs from my bedroom I get the most spectacular view! Another reason I am blogging this shot is a funny story.  Our first year here the kids were experiencing a lot of new things, tree climbing, cutting grass, smell of grass, walking on grass and the changing of trees  in the fall to name a few.  One morning that year Katelyn walked down the stairs and yelled "WHOA! Mom did you see that tree?"  It was like the frog put in a pot of water and slowly bringing it to a boil.  No one notice the leaves changing until that morning and it was so bright and vibrant that it looked fiery.  I am grateful for the change in seasons and the beautiful colors that Heavenly Father thought would bring us joy.  It truly does.  The kids still are amazed at the colors after 3 fall seasons.

Your kids were obviously deprived while living in AZ

Are they used to the rain yet? lol

How did you get such great color in your pictures? I love all the great vibrant colors. Sometimes I have to check to see if the orange is coming from the trees or the pumpkins!
