We tried out another local campground about an hour from home. We arranged to go with some friends from church. We stayed a couple nights and it was sure nice that the campground had flush toilets and showers. The girls were still at girls camp the first night, but Jamie went and picked them up and brought them camping for our 2nd night. As you might imagine they were all too excited to be camping some more! LOL As a good and thoughtful mom, I packed shampoo and conditioner and a razor for the girls and they were a little happier after their warm showers.

You ARE such a good mom to think of packing those things for them...I didn't know you guys liked to camp so much. Is this a new thing or am I just finding out because you post it on your blog?
this is new for the family. Jamie and I have camped before and we both like going. We really like hiking too. We didn't do any camping AZ, not a lot of options. We have been collecting equipment for a few years and this year we had enough to head out! :)
