Garrett's fourth grade Art Start teachers helped the whole class enter a our city's art contest for its 10th Birthday Celebrate. Early August I got a phone call informing me that Garrett had won 3rd place and needed my permission to release his name and project to publication. We are so proud of him and his talent. Way to go Garrett! and the winner were invited to march in the kids parade dressed in costumes "the future of Sammamish". Fresh from our trip to Washington DC he went as an astronaut.
