Tony Grove and a little Bear Lake

I hadn't camped at Tony Grove since i was a young kid.  I love the simple life of camping.  It however is not a simple task to go camping.  Lynette and I gathered and borrowed equipment for a couple days.  Took a good part of the day to pack it all in and drive to camp.  Randon and Katelyn met us later after work.  Jamie, Lynette, and I set up camp with Savanah, Garrett, Belle, Jacob and Zac under to.  No small task, and stressful.  but once all set up we took a little hike to the lake and let the kids play until it was dinner time.  At camp we had salmon for dinner and hot dogs for the kids, followed by the traditional s'mores dessert.  Day 2 we spent at Bear Lake and came back to camp late afternoon for facials.  Being clean is a premium while camping so this is one of my favorite things to tuck in the car and do in the evening. It was a lot of fun! and we enjoyed being clean..... for a minute anyway.  FYI there is no potable water at Tony Grove pack your own.  Next time Sunset Camp Grounds little closer to Bear Lake and Potable water!

Jake made Katelyn a s'more. then he ate it.

finally fire. this is like the virgin Mary moment when Lynette sees the letter K on the charcoal. Our maiden name is Karren so she thought it was pretty amazing, until Jamie Marutz burst her little bubble. LOL all kingsford charcoal is stamped with a K.
